PARTNER: Our partner is Urla Municipality. We have been cooperating with Urla since 1994 and organised more than 10 camps. More information about Urla and the municipality can be found at www.urla.bel.tr. WORK: The main activity in Urla will be working at the constructions of parks and recreational areas around the town. As the parks at which our volunteers are working are completed, there will be a grand opening during the vintage season. LOCATION: Urla is one of the westernmost towns of Turkey in Izmir. Only 38 km away from Izmir, it is located on the peninsula surrounded by the Aegean Sea surrounding Izmir Gulf. The population in Urla is also ethnically diverse. There are some Yugoslavian, Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek migrants inhabiting Urla for quite some time. FOOD and ACCOMMODATION: Cafeteria / Guesthouse
