De Amicitia is an NGO located 80 km north on the mountains of Madrid. We are a group of volunteers that promote an alternative environmental friendly life style and organise workcamps in the spot were and environmental conflict has occurred.
Gargantilla and Pinilla are 350 inhabitants towns crowded in Summer time and weekends by population living in Madrid. The municipality is facing now a problem of environmental development and tries to promote environmental friendly tourism.
De Amicitia is now running the area local museum of mycology together with volunteers. We are also running a small farm where we have hives.
The work will deal with signposting trails where you can find in autumn some mushrooms and also doing some reparations in our farm. We will also do a guide of local mushroom
We will finish the project with the Local Fiestas of Gargantilla.
